Now Hiring: Become an Electric Sheep
Posted Wednesday, December 13th, 2006, at 2:02 am Eastern by Mark Wallace
The Electric Sheep Company is hiring. The Sheep are apparently looking for everyone from entry-level builders and texturers on up to project managers and the like. Only the excellent need apply, of course: no wind-up sheep or steam-powered sheep will likely get in the door. If you think you’ve got what it takes to become an eSheep, help build the metaverse and work with Sheep clients like NBC, Edelman, Major League Baseball, the Sundance Channel and all the rest, drop a line to contact@electricsheepcompany expressing your interest. Good luck!

What are you, the classified section for the Electric Sheep Company?

Uzi, I rest my case. This is so newsworthy, I suppose ESC didn’t use their influence to get this special mention?

bluesapphire, are you suggesting that ESC use their position as sponsor of Mark’s other blog to pressure him to remove posting rights for Prokofy? Just wondered, because that’s what it *seems* like you are saying.

Blue, if you read the About page of this blog you’ll see that in return for their sponsorship I offer the Sheep the opportunity to make announcements here from time to time, so no “influence” was necessary. Interestingly, they’ve never once taken me up on that. I heard fom one of the Sheep that they were hiring and blogged it my own little self :) In fact, I’ve blogged at least once in the past about job openings at other companies. It’s not a terribly unusual thing to find on a blog.
